Custom Fields

Create your own categories to suit your team's unique workflow. To get started, just go to your Workspace settings and create a new field (or edit a default field)! You can customize the title, description, values, and colors on each field, and then apply them across your workspace for the entire organization to see! 

Copy between workspaces

Do different teams need access to the same assets, but want to keep them in their own separated workflows? Now you can easily move content between workspaces without the hassle of copying, pasting, and re-uploading. Just create a share link that allows downloads, then preview the link. You'll see the "Save" button in the top right, which gives you the option to copy the board to another Air workspace.

Version improvements
Drag and drop to merge similar assets together into a version stack, remove a version from a stack, and delete a version altogether. 

Invite with a link
Create an invite link to bring teammates and collaborators into your workspace at scale. 

Google Drive integration updates
Import directly from Google's Shared drives AND Shared with Me drives.

• Select all: quickly select all of your assets for bulk edits and updates.

• Customizable views: filter, sort, and save your content views.

• Group view: group your content by status, rating, or whatever else you can think of!
