Let’s clear the Air. Frequently asked questions.

The Free plan includes 120 credits per month—enough for around 20GB of enriched storage or 24 AI-generated images—with full access to every Air feature. No time limit, no credit card required. It's a real workspace, not a trial.

Free: Perfect for exploring Air

Starter: Best for individual creators and small teams

Business: Best for growing teams

Enterprise: For teams operating at scale

Unlimited. Every Air plan includes unlimited seats. You're never charged based on how many people are in your workspace. Invite your whole team, your clients, your stakeholders.

Storage is measured in credits, not a fixed GB cap. The table above shows typical storage ranges based on how you distribute your credits. Your available storage updates in real time as your library grows. Learn more about credits.

Your monthly credits work across storage, image editing, and video creation.

Credits are Air's universal currency for everything you store and create. Every action draws from your monthly balance: credit consumption varies based on type of activity and different models use different amounts based on providers costs. Your plan determines how many credits you start with each month. Learn more about credits.

Yes. Purchase additional credits at any time by upgrading your plan or contacting our team.

They don't. Credits reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle. If you're regularly running close to your limit, it's a good sign you're ready for a higher plan or you can purchase additional credits as needed.

Air gives you access to over 50 premium models in one place. Every plan — Free through Enterprise — gets the same suite of AI models for image editing, video creation, and generation in Canvas. You're never on a slower tier of AI based on what you pay. We continuously add new models as they're released.

Your content is yours. Air claims no ownership over anything you upload, and all data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never use your files or assets to train AI models. Air is SOC 2 Type II certified, meaning our security practices have been independently audited. Need to permanently delete your data? Our support team can process that request. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Google Drive and Dropbox store files. They weren't built for teams whose work is the files. Air gives your library a visual, searchable home find an asset by what's in it, not what it's named. Review and approve without switching tools. Every version in one place, no naming conventions required.

If you're using Frame.io for video review, Air covers the same ground—timestamp comments, frame-accurate feedback, external review links—but your video lives alongside images, design files, and documents in one searchable workspace.

Where Air pulls furthest ahead is Canvas. None of those tools can take approved assets and scale them across formats and channels using AI — resizing, generating variations, removing backgrounds — without switching tools. If your team is spending time on production work that should be automated, that's the gap Air closes.

Most DAMs were designed when content volume was lower, the bar for UX was lower, and AI didn't exist. They're built for storage and retrieval—not for the full arc of creative work.

Air does everything a DAM does and adds real-time collaboration, structured approval workflows, and Canvas: an AI editing workspace that scales the assets already in your library without starting from scratch. If your team is paying for a DAM and a separate layer of creative tools, Air is likely doing the work of both—and keeping it all connected.
