Diversity at Air

The below is a breakout of diversity at Air through the lens of a self-identification survey we sent to our team. We chose to track our progress publicly to hold ourselves accountable. There is no end goal or ideal state in these charts. This will be an evolving process—a constant as we learn and grow.

Immediate focus areas

Championing diversity is a core element of our company values, but this commitment means nothing without action. We recognize that these numbers are not acceptable and are taking immediate action across our recruiting and evaluation process.

Where are we today?

Gathering diversity metrics represents a crucial next step for our team as we pursue transparency in all that we do. The more we seek out and embrace diverse perspectives and points of view, the stronger we’ll be.
