The below is a breakout of diversity at Air through the lens of a self-identification survey we sent to our team. We chose to track our progress publicly to hold ourselves accountable. There is no end goal or ideal state in these charts. This will be an evolving process—a constant as we learn and grow.
To protect the privacy of our teammates, all survey answers that fall below our minimum reporting rules are included in “Other/Prefer not to say.” This data will be updated semi-annually to reflect our growing team.
