At Air, we believe that building diversity in the workplace is both a business and moral imperative. Transparency and accountabilty are critical as we strive to build a diverse and representative workforce at Air. With this in mind, we have published annual diversity statistics since 2020. We collect diversity data for two reasons: 1) Hold ourselves accountable to our commitment to building a more diverse and representative workforce 2) Better understand our team so that we can build policies and practices that best support and empower them
