Adobe Creative Suite + Air

Speed up Adobe workflows with Air Flow

Creative teams do their best work when they can focus on creating. Air Flow lets design teams access their entire Air workspace right from any Adobe app.

Quickly find, download, and upload files - without ever leaving Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.

How it works

Import

Bring raw or working files into Adobe

With Air Flow, you can access your Air workspace right from Finder. Simply find your file from there and drag it right into your tool! Another option is to use the media browser in Adobe to navigate to your Air workspace in Finder.

Export

Send final versions back to Air

Export working or final files from any Adobe tool back to Air by following Files > Export and choosing Air from the dropdown menu. From there, find and select your folder and hit 'Export'. You'll see the final version appear right in Finder.

Right-click on the file and choose "see in Air" to jump into Air and update the status, apply tags, and more!

Frequently asked questions

Air’s desktop app integrates with your MacOS Finder to make your entire workspace available on your computer, without opening the web browser. You have the control to choose which assets and boards are downloaded to your computer (called ‘Offline’ files) and which files are visible but not yet downloaded (called ‘Online only’). Updates made to workspace files in Finder will be immediately reflected in your workspace and on any other teammate’s computer if they have the workspace synced so everyone always has the most up-to-date file.

Edits made to synced files in Finder will be automatically reflected on the asset in your workspace! That’s the magic of Air’s new desktop app – continuous workspace sync with your computer so everyone always has the most up-to-date content.

Unfortunately, Figma does not have a Zapier integration so we cannot set up Zapier automations between Air and Figma.
