Air x Monday.com (Zapier)

Keep your monday.com projects organized in Air

When a new item is created in monday.com, a corresponding board will subsequently be formed in Air. This automation ensures a quick and seamless transition between the two platforms, making project organization easier than ever.

Building your Zap

One

Log in to Air, Zapier, and monday.com

Make sure you have your API key and Air Workspace ID available in Account Settings. We recommend pasting these into your notes or Slack for easy access.

Two

Set up the trigger

Click "Create Zap" from the Zapier home screen. Within the zap editor, select the Trigger action. Find and select monday.com. Choose the event desired, in this case, "New Item in Board," and press Continue.

Three

Set up the action

Now you are ready to set up the action event. Search and select Air from the app menu. Choose "Create a board" as the event. Follow the prompts to connect your Air account. Map the title fields and input the ID of the parent board that this board will be a child of (optional).

Four

Test & save

Press "Test & review", and your action will be taken. If you're happy with the results, press "Done editing", and then "Turn it on" to turn on your zap!
